Rottingdean Bed and Breakfast
Downs Cot B&B in Rottingdean is in a good location for visiting Brighton and Sussex, in general, for business or for leisure. Our home was built in 1912 and has a large garden and is within walking distance of the village centre, the beach and a short bus /car ride to the centre of Brighton. It is an 10-15 minute car ride to the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton (Sussex campus).
Rottingdean is on the edge of the new Southdowns National Park and there is a choice of accessible walks of varying length from here. The village itself has a variety of tea rooms and pubs and a fish and chip shop. The centre of Brighton is a 15 minute bus ride from Rottingdean and has many attractions including the Royal Pavilion, a museum, the Palace Pier, art galleries, theatres and shops as well as a large choice of restaurants and cafes.
